The name of the ballet is derived from the fusion of the Tango and of Mambo,
"2x4" represents the musical division of the tango while the word mambo, the rate/rhythm of the Caribbean.

This company of Argentina is currently made up of 5 couples whose characteristic is to insert
in all its choreographies several master keys of tango.

They took part in the very famous Bacardi congresses of salsa of Puerto Rico, but also are producers
of the International Festival of Argentina.

They accompanied on scene great names like CELIA CRUZ (the queen of salsa),
El Gran Combo of Puerto Rico, Jose Alberto el Canario...
